RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with The Precious Collection. We are committed to providing high-quality human hair wigs and hair products.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
• The item is unworn, unused, and unaltered.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.
• All tags, labels, hair nets, and accessories remain attached and intact.
• The item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns if:
• The wig has been worn, tried on, styled, brushed, washed, cut, coloured, customised, or altered in any way.
• The lace has been cut or tampered with.
• The product shows signs of use, odour, damage, or missing packaging.
• Any hygiene seal has been removed or broken.
RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request has been approved, return instructions will be provided.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law.
